They grow up so fast! Family photos are something to be cherished. There are so many emotions surrounding these photos; love, excitement, humor....and sometimes stress! Don’t you worry about a thing. My goal, ALWAYS, is to have fun with your kids and to help them feel comfortable. I want them to forget that they are getting their photo taken. Let them run around a little and be silly, its the best way I know to capture genuine smiles and laughter.
I have also learned that doing an activity helps keep kids at their happiest for these shoots, they really are the boss! I've done shoots where we've blown bubbles, gone fishing, played t-ball, picked apples....simple activities that gives me time to work but also offer a cute landscape for your photos too.
